Short and honest. Here's what Onsilio collects, why, and how long we keep it.

Who we are
Onsilio is a platform for focused tools across multiple categories. Reach us at privacy@onsilio.app for any privacy question.

What we collect
The files you upload, the outputs we generate, the technical request data needed to run the service, and — only if you ask for a result link — the email address you provide.
Basic operational logs (timestamps, job IDs, browser metadata, error info) may also be recorded.

How we use it
To process your request, return or email the result, keep the service running, and investigate failures or abuse.
We do not use your uploads or email address to build marketing profiles.

How long we keep it
Uploads, generated outputs, and related delivery data are deleted automatically after about an hour.
Operational logs may stay longer when needed for security, debugging, or legal reasons.

Third-party providers
Onsilio relies on infrastructure providers to host the app, store files, run jobs, and send transactional email.
Current providers include Vercel (hosting), DigitalOcean Spaces (storage), and Postmark (email).

What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data.
We don't use your uploads to train public AI models.
We don't add you to a newsletter for asking us to email a result link.
