How payment works

Some tools on Onsilio are sold per result. What you pay for, who charges you, and how you get the file.

01

What you pay for

You pay for one result from one file, before the tool starts. The price is on the button. There is no account and no subscription.

To see what you will get, look at the before-and-after examples on the tool's page. A file the tool cannot work with is refused before you pay.

02

Who charges you

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle charges your card, applies the taxes for your country and sends the receipt.

You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card.

03

Getting the file

The tool runs right after the payment. The result appears on the page, usually within a minute, and downloads from there. We also send it to the email you used at checkout: as an attachment when it is up to 7 MB, otherwise as a download link.

Uploads and results are deleted after about an hour. Save the file when you get it.

04

Refunds

If the tool cannot process your file, the payment is refunded automatically. The page tells you, and the money returns to your payment method within a few days.

For any other refund request, contact Paddle — the seller on your receipt — through the link in the receipt email or at paddle.net.

A result you do not like is not a processing failure: the examples on the tool's page show what to expect.
