Tip calculator

The Tip calculator takes a bill, applies the tip percentage you choose and shows the tip, the new total and — if you are splitting — what each person owes. Tap a preset of 15, 18, 20 or 25%, or type your own rate, and every figure updates as you go. The tip is calculated on the bill itself, not on the bill plus tax, which is the most common convention. Tipping norms vary, so the tool stays neutral and lets you set the percentage.
